We started this year with just funds from our founder's personal medical GoFundMe, a Twitter account and a dream to help find solutions not just for her, but for all people living with Long COVID.
Long COVID Campaign quickly grew into work with key leaders, media outlets, researchers, government agencies, other Long COVID and associated condition advocacy organizations—and most importantly, a diverse group of individual patients and advocates.
We brought chronically ill and disabled people living with Long COVID to Washington DC and to the press, and took our message to Congress and the White House. From the NIH to the campaign trail, we insisted that our patient community deserves tests, treatments, care—and one day soon, cures.
And right now, your help is more critical than ever, as patients globally continue to call for help and change. Your generous, tax-deductible donation will empower Long COVID Campaign to both expand our work for patients in the U.S. and launch international efforts in 2025.
And Long COVID Campaign has big plans for 2025:
But as an organization led and supported by chronically ill and disabled people, we can’t win or make this fight sustainable without the resources to do that work.
Our goal for next year: to partner with patients, caregivers, heath workers, civil society, scientists and policymakers internationally to develop, fund and scale solutions—and create the global compact we need to end Long COVID together.
